SusanDK You were not erroneously charged for the FL tolls but I would ask the toll company to reimburse you as your transponder malfunctioned and Avis's did not. Avis has done nothing wrong so I would not reverse a legitimate charge through my CC Company.. But my guess is that one day you forgot to put up the transponder or are you trying to tell us that it malfunctioned the last day of your trip.
