Agreed. I can tell the difference between row 1 and the others, but row 1 is significantly less restricted on the 75E than it is in any standard domestic F cabin.

Having been a frequent guest of row 4, I haven't noticed a difference in the recline. I believe that the seat is situated far enough in front of the wall behind it to have recline equal to rows 1-3. If recline is limited, it's not by much.
