Hello -

My family and I will be spending 8 days in Amsterdam (staying in an apartment between the Vondlepark and the Museumplein) in late August/early Sept. While we will all be recovering from jetlag, we want to make the most of our time in AMS. Our 2 year old daughter will be with us. I'd love to hear about "beaten path" and "off the beaten path" suggestions on what we can do with her, where to take her, cool experiences for all of us, places to eat, etc.

We tend to be rather adventurous with her at home (in San Francisco) so we are up for any and all recommendations.
