I have two active e-tickets, one on QF stock, one on AA stock, which show the JAL PNR next to the JAL flights, the AA PNR next to the AA flights, the QF PNR next to the QF flights, etc.
The carriers on the tickets use 4 different systems. I have 4 different codes showing up in the relevant locations on the receipt.
