Keep in mind that you can't redeem for a one-way with SkyMiles (well, you can, but you pay for a round trip, so don't redeem for one-ways). 3Cforme has give you what the r/t rates are with SkyMiles.

I'm not sure if Aeromexico or AirEuropa show up on the FlyingBlue search. If they don't, you might try calling DL to inquire about their award inventory.
