I couldn't see Iris in T2 back in July and had to go through the epassport gates. They were a nightmare as people just can't follow simple instructions/use any common sense and stand there totally bewildered by it all.
It was the same at T5 - the EU queues were much longer than normal, though fortunately the 2 IRIS booths were still working ^
