I take it the prices you quote above are for 2 people rather than per person? You may want to put the exact dates/flexibility of the flights just in case one of the FT's bright sparks comes up with some incredible whizz scheme for you.
Thanks CWS, yes, that is for two in economy. The dates are 2nd to 26th June or 1st to 26th June. We return from the cruise on the 26th, so that end of the trip is fixed. We want to do our Vancouver/Rockies/Oregon/Seattle part of the trip before the cruise to avoid school holidays/high hotel prices.

Any good ideas are always welcome!
