AA may be able to print out a copy of the original ticket record if you recall the details and if you had a copy of any of the receipts from your voucher.
But the promo rules state it has to be on oneworld metal flights on eligible mileage accumulation fares. That means you went to Morocco for nothing, since the return would not count even if it was IB flight number and metal. It is the continent you arrive to, not the one you left from. (The flight might have been a wet lease, in which case if it had a IB crew, you'd likely be able to get the points.)
As 3544Quebec has noted, many of us had no problem with IB credits showing up on our account during the last promo, mine usually within days, so check you AA account on the web. Do you recall if the account number showed up on your IB boarding passes? Also, if you can find an IB schedule it will indicate code share and non-IB metal flights. That way you can confirm for certain the flight is worth fighting for, or to forget the whole thing.
