My understanding is that only flights flown on Oneworld aircraft will qualify. It can be AA flight number on QF aircraft because both are Oneworld but not Iberia flight number on Royal Air Maroc aircraft - it might slip through but by the rules I don't think its a valid Africa arrival for the bonus.
