Your credit card company can provide a photocopy of the sales record when it is received from the airline, or the electronic transmittal print-out. I'm sure that with the police report, the other miles showing on your AA account -- and particularly your flights to and from Madrid which should bear the similar dates as the flights you took on IB -- and the credit card record showing the segments on IB, they'll record the flights for you (though the non-IB metal will not count). Good luck on that count, sorry about the stolen case.
Shareholder: I used airline 'bumped' vouchers for my MAD-CMR-MAD flights--no credit card receipts. All flights were purchased from AA, flight IB #3700 was purchased from and ticketed by AA ,flown on a IB flight #,but operated by Air Maroc and yes it was AirMaroc metal. Why should it not count as an arrival in Africa? The return flight IB #3701 was purchased and ticketed by AA,but flown on IB metal. I was told a few times in the threads."flights ticketed by AA & flown on a OW carrier would count regardless of metal used." Thanks for any help you can give me.
