AerLingus has issued a press release that indicates they will offer 25,000 TAB points if you fly to all 6 continents.

Lan Chile's LAN Pass news letter states they are offering 160,000 km for getting all 6 continents.

Neither announcement provide details on a "stop over" rule or any exceptions to which continent a specific country is in.
