Updated: Award Redeposit and Reissue Rule Change
I've got 3 120K international award tickets that I booked months ago for next week with family. There are many circumstances where I may need to cancel and reschedule. So if I do not due so within 72 hours of flight time, I lose 360,000 miles? The flights are from Shanghai, and I have not received any email or letter regarding this change. Why would they not communicate this important rule change to customers currently holding award tickets?
