Really? They told me they couldn't give me partner PNRs over Twitter. I've had luck with email, but my latest attempt just resulted in them sending me the itinerary email, which is completely not helpful when you have KE and MH flights on your booking. Not that the KE and MH websites let you do anything in advance with flights that DL tickets, but it's still useful to have the information.
I haven't tried for AS, but for AF, they provided the AF PNR within minutes.
