Location: Formerly HPN, but then DCA and IAD for a while, and now back to HPN!
Programs: Honestly, I've been out of the travel game so long that I'm not even sure. Maybe Marriott Gold?

I'd say about 33% to 50% of the time. Mostly if I get in late or have a little time for b'fast in the AM. Otherwise, I try to find a local restaurant for dinner (even if I'm by myself), or I skip b'fast if I have early appointments.
