I see 6 intra-European sectors when the continents fare allows 4 within Europe. The fare also allows only 3 stopovers per continent. You might be able to wrangle a stop in LHR if you stay for less than 24 hrs but they might not be amenable.

Be aware, if you are planning to travel in economy class and plan to accumulate these mileages on AA, that M class does NOT qualify for earning miles within Europe on IB, EU or BA (BA if you are resident outside N. America and Australia). I'd put all my flights through HEL on AY!
