You will need the AS confirmation to do online check-in even if you book a DL coded ticket. The Delta website will redirect you to the AS website.

The best way to get the AS confirm (usually six letters) is to call AS directly.

As a general rule, it is a good idea to get your confirm # whenever you are on a codeshare.
