Let's see....let's imagine that everyone of us here have sent in some sort of correspondence to at least one airline ff programme. Multiply that by about 20 for the days' worth. Add to that long winded letters about crediting this to this and not that flight to this....
I would say, that on average, an airline ff employee only has say 10 minutes per letter and try to sort out the 'not applicable' to the junk pile.
So I would say, please be dlilgent and patient. I am sure they are doing the best they can. I still have unanswered questions that I have been battling with CP since October and each time I receive a response, it seems that the information gets distorted more and more.
