This hotel exists because it's a 3-min shuttle to IAD. I've stayed there twice when I've had early AM departures from IAD. 99% of its business are pax on overnight stopovers or lazy people like me. The rooms are small, but serviceable and that's it. There is nothing in the general area to commend it.

There are tons of nice properties in the vicinity if you have two nights and you can find some nice deals on properties in downtown DC if that works for your schedule.

Yours is a great place to arrive at 11:30 PM and leave at 4:30 AM.
