I have an AMEX card with a $25k limit. I recently applied for a different AMEX card and they only gave me $5k.

They can no longer even move some of the credit line from one card to another, which seems really silly given that the credit is extended to me by the same financial institution.

I should be able to control this and move my credit line between cards as I see fit, but no...
