I think it is pretty obvious that the new management team doesn't care about customer loyalty.

I've already looked at my spending for 2010 and 2011, and while the revenue requirements won't affect me, the devaluation of the program will.

I'm a mixed business leisure flyer, and if the program is announced as leaked, I will be worse off, because I won't be earning as many miles as I have in the past, and will get no offsetting "change I'm going to like."

SMI/J is basically screwing just about everyone but the very top tier of UA/CO flyers. At least this time the CO fans are getting the shaft as well.

Actually, SMI/J is doing his part in other ways to make IAD flyers look elsewhere. If I go to the DAArk side, the Admirals Club at IAD is much nicer than any of the RCC's, and if I go to DL, I'll get to fly proper aircraft to Europe on KL and AF instead of the CO 757 with no E+.
