this has been a problem for alot of people. for example in us ba exec club, code shares between aa-cp do not count for mileage, and hence not for the 1w program. they have specific numbers they exclude. best bet is to make sure the flight number and livery are the same. i had to make an extra trip to yyz to fly cp up and aa back for exec club in order to ensure the bonus. i wouldn't be surprised if it was the same for you. this regulation was not stated in the promotion rules, but in the rules for posting mileage from each of the various carriers.
