Thanks for the reply; I booked it with the ThankYou points. I got an email shortly thereafter with what appears to have an "Airtran-style" confirmation number. But it wasn't. Then I logged on to Airtran a day or so later and sure enough, the booking shows up under "my bookings" with an Airtran confirmation number.
