I am having the exact same problem. My trip starts next week for two 100K bonuses on BA and AA. I plan to take the outbound flights on my AA number and the returning flights to BA numer. I have nothing but problems from Canadian. Even Iberia wasnt as bad. One has to be VERY persistant in EVERY instance.
