And there's _still_ no link to the 100K promo from their website! I can't even find a link to the 1M contest.

Thanks for clarifying. So far, (and certainly my NA flights) are CP on CP and AA on AA. It will get trickier if I make it to Europe; is your conclusion just that the codeshare has to be both operated and labelled by Oneworld, or is there actually some possibility that in effect, codeshares (other than Canadian Regional, American Eagle, etc.) won't count at all?
