In my last 6 months of purchasing revenue tickets and award tickets, I've learned that the fuel surcharge is included in the ticket price of revenue tickets. No surcharge on award tickets which is wonderful! The reservations reps will see the base fare and that's different from what we see on the web. We get the total fare, the base fare and the fuel surcharge.
