Ticket rules for Explorer fare

Could some one tell me the ticket rules of the oneworld explorer product? I think I understand some of it but I can't find a post like the one in the Star Alliance thread, where ticketing rules are explained.

For example can you choose 3, 4 and 5 continents? Are there maximum stops and segments in each continent? Is there only one flight allowed between continents? Does the continent where you start and finish count as one of the continents? If you transit but do not stop in a continent (eg Australia to Europe transiting Asia), does the transit continent count?

If I was for example starting in Europe and wanted to stop in North America, South America and Australia only, could that be done with a 3 continent ticket?

Thanks for any help.
