Thanks for quick responses.

Seems pretty harsh to me.

Unlikely to do enough trips to get to Gold, but I stand to lose 440 points.

This would obviously have set me well on my way to retaining Silver for another year.

Has anyone had any joy getting BA to Credit the points back in this type of situation ???
