Within BA's earning announcement today they stated that they remained committed to developing cooperatoon with AA and that they will broaden their ties by cooperataing in areas that don't require (government) clearance and by building up the Oneworld alliance.

I still believe that this can only help those of us who fly BA and AA extensively.
