I don't see why oneworld is dead?? this just means that BA-AA won't be able to further monopolize the trans atlantic traffic and share their revs, etc.

They will be "forced" to operate theie alliance similar to the way all the other partners have to.

i.e. today in oneworld BA and CX do not share reves or coordinate pricing etc.

In fact I think that this forces BA-AA and oneworld to really work harder to create a seamless alliance within the rules.
