Yes you can still have the funds (minus fees) reissued as a LUV voucher. Just be sure to consolidate all or most all of the funds into a single ticket before they expire, so that you don't have to pay the $50 more than once. You are of course at this point limited to booking Anytime fares for that consolidation, and, IIRC, you might have trouble if you wait until tomorrow. If it appears necessary to consolidate, get working on it now.

Also note that some reports indicate you will not be allowed to do the reissuance if any of the funds were previously reissued.
