Yesterday I flew CO from YYZ. While I was able to complete most of OLCI I was not able to print the actual boarding pass. Got a screen that said my documents needed to be checked. I suspect this was because it was the first time I flew from Canada using my CO account details rather than my UA one and they indeed wanted an agent to verify my passport details so in future the full OLCI process will be possible. Have had no problems printing off UA boarding passes though.
