Clarification on booking codes for oneWorld explorer tickets. (According to the latested update of the rules I have in front of me).

Prior to 30 October 1999 (First/Business/Economy):

AA J/S/M
BA A/D/M
CP F/C/M
CX A/D/M
QF A/D/M

After 30 October 1999:

All oneWorld carriers will use the same codes which are:

First: A
Business: D
Economy: M

I'd like to think American listened to my ranting and raving about making the codes consistent

As I said in my original post you should be pretty safe in regards to mileage and status accumulation if you book first or business. Economy will be another story.
