1) Learn what a paragraph is, and start properly using it.
1.5) Along with a paragraph, learn about the use of enter key as well.
2) Don't post people's names and travel information in a public forum.
3) Stop booking your employees on Continental booked-Virgin code shares. I have no experience with this, however, if I believe all the issues you are having (iffy at this point), why keep going back to where the problems are?
4) You need to be more proactive in checking for issues regularly with reservations. If you are in charge of organizing travel for a company, I'd be checking every day, or at least a few times a week for error/schedule changes/etc.
5) If you cannot do #4, consider using a travel agency for your company's needs.
6) 9-5 UK time is 4am-12pm US time. I'd suggest getting up good and early to make the call. I'm 99% certain, however, you won't get far calling Virgin on your own. You will probably need to go through Continental, as that is where the ticket was issued.
