I think the JSA with QF is likely to stay (and it was only very recently renewed). It is more than just codesharing on LHR-SYD. The two effectively operate a mini hub at SIN and QF is moving to deeper co-operation with other Oneworld partners.
Changes maybe afoot but I really doubt this means BA moving to T1/T4.
And out of interest what has BA been doing that is so bad that BAA wants to frogmarch it out of a terminal?
