Can't help you with higher end outfits at all as I'm a budget traveller, but I highly recommend the Western Breach with a night at crater camp. The afternoon kicking around the crater and glaciers was the high point (no pun intended) of the climb, better for me than summit day itself.

And the summit is a very short hour from Crater Camp so you'll be fresh and relaxed at the top.

Also, no rockfall, no objective dangers on the hike up from Arrow Glacier camp on my Jan 2009 trip.
