Yes, but you are more likely to get the Airbus seat sag (the seat which slowly reclines itself, so slowly that you don't even notice until you are asked to put your seat back up by one of the crew) on an Airbus...
I've can't recall ever having something similar on a Boeing.
OTOH, the legroom in Y on a longhaul Airbus seems to be more for the same seat pitch than on a 747 - I always used to prefer Airbus for longhaul if I wasn't in the front (maybe also the more modern cabins gave that impression too?)
