it not about winning or losing....i actually agree with you that there are many things that can be done to make things more efficient....
the only issue i have with your comments in the sentence below:
Flying in India seems to have become as stressful, if not more, than any other form of local transport, but the flying community here doesn't seem to have a united voice yet.
i don't believe this to be the case & i think all the people flying regularly in india will agree with me....
