I've had 2 HHonors accounts for a while (thanks to an additional one open by citi years ago). Each has a relatively small amount of points, so I filled out the online form to merge the two accounts. It's been almost two weeks, but nothing has happened. How long does it normally take for the accounts to be consolidated?
