You're lucky you got a reply I think.

I wrote Hertz via email from their main site (directed to OGG) asking for a price reduction or match. I never even got an answer!!! Lame!!

Eventually they lowered the rate, on their own accord.

Rent somewhere else unless you're near making status with Hertz.
