The GM of a Hilton that I stay at frequently gave me the following address:

Hilton Worldwide Corporate Headquarters,
7930 Jones Branch Drive,
Mclean, VA 22102

I guess that you can pick the name of your favorite senior executive from the Hilton Worldwide leadership page, (http://www.hiltonworldwide.com/aboutus/leadership.htm).

I did recently send e-mails to several of the people on this page (using the "[email protected]" format). At least one of the e-mails got through as I received a reply from someone's assistant in Hilton Corporate acknowledging my e-mail (regarding concerns about the "dilution" of Diamond Force on reward stays). But, the e-mail didn't provide any solid information on whether anything was likely to change.
