Depends, if it is weather or ATC delay then they probably won't do that for you.. . CO is rather stingy in IRROPs and thankfully in all of my IRROPs experiences with CO I was able to get rebooked on another flight on the same day.
Hahahahah... I wonder when the last delay out of Newark not blamed on weather was.
IRROPS at EWR is disaster. 1k IRROPS treatment was the most important aspect of 1k for me.
