that's the tradeoff: park perhaps 'far' away for a beach with no one or near no one on it.
One can always drop the gear (if one packs heavy) at the beach (or close to it if walking down a trail to a beach), then go park the car. Do the reverse at the end of the day. There are PITA burbs who don't want out of towners around but one can always find a way around the obvious rules they try to put in place.
