NEVER deal with them on the phone. I
ALWAYS use e-mails . At least there is a hard copy record of who said what when, and who agreed to have everything fixed by X-date. It took a long time to get the 25K posted to the account. The e-mail method applies to Barclay's as well as the Early Returns folks.
