DOT Fines UA for Providing Inaccurate Information About Baggage Liability

This is not good day for UA. DOT fines UA did not have providing inaccurate information of baggage liability.

http://www.dot.gov/affairs/2011/dot9911.html

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) today fined United Airlines $20,000 for providing inaccurate information to passengers about how much compensation they could potentially receive for lost, damaged or delayed baggage on international flights.
They have be more responsible for that. They should delivery the bags at the baggage claim and no more wait for 15 minutes.
