Short fat people wouldnt like exit row seats. The inability to remove the armrests and the solid dividers can be annoying. I am tall and not fat. But I have been on the weighty side at times and I preferred to find an aisle seat with an empty middle to an exit row seat. So I would imagine a heavier person would have even more reason to avoid an exit row seat.
