Currently, CO does have some Extra Leg Room (ELR) seats (bulkhead and exit row) and does charge for them if you aren't elite, domestically and internationally.

UACO will begin installing Economy Plus seats in former CO aircraft starting next year to match what is on the legacy UA aircraft.
