Barclays customer support is not very good. I don't even like calling them to activate my card because I was asked "How can I help you today?" "Um, this is the activation line, isn't it?" "I want to activate my card!" It was like speaking to Peggy at Prime Credit on the Discover Card commercial.
LOL...sounds like I may have spoken with the same rep or her clone.
I'm just glad that I don't need to contact them often, as I've found Barclays to have fairly poor customer service.
Does anyone know how much longer the current agreement runs between Frontier and Barclays?
