It's just an issue of utilizing aircraft, that's all. The # of long-haul configured planes as % of total fleet is increasing at CX as they get the new 77As and A330s delivered, so they gotta utilize them. It is probably a route that has a very high chance of aircraft substitution so they don't sell F (and there probably isn't much F demand to begin with). It's pretty normal.
