I've been a DC member for a while now. However, since joining, I've had endless problems using their website.

If I login, I'm logged back out very quickly. Sometimes, I enter my login details (correctly) and it just takes me straight back to the login screen (no "incorrect user info" message). Sometimes, it'll let me into my account, but when I try and click on any link from the My Account page, it will log me out again.

As a result, even if I manage to log on successfully, it is impossible to check anything on my account.

I've never had any similar issue before on any other sites. Is it some sort of a browser cookie problem? If so, wouldn't the issue persist on other sites too?

I've tried multiple PCs on different connections with different ISPs. It makes no difference whatsoever.

Apologies if I'm asking in the wrong place, but I wasn't sure where else to ask, and I've never had much success with writing to or emailing BMI.
