This particular 'Postcard' is a payment card issued by the Swiss Post Office. Er, not widely held by customers outside Switzerland. @:-) (Of course, if the Swiss didn't try to misuse English at every opportunity, this wouldn't require translation into English.

The LH attempt at justification in the LH forum claims that lounge access is available with credit cards. Now which LH group lounges can I use based on using my credit card? A nice round figure, I think.
What about payment by PayPal? This could offer a no-fee option if handled properly. (I'm not holding my breath.)
